acceptance

by using keep.md you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the service.

the service

keep.md is a bookmark and content saving service. you can save links, extract markdown content, and access your saved items via the web app, chrome extension, api, cli, and mobile share sheet.

your content

you own the content you save to keep.md. we do not claim any rights to your saved bookmarks, notes, or extracted content. you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and store any content you add.

acceptable use

do not use keep.md to store or distribute illegal content, spam, malware, or content that infringes on others' rights. we reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

availability

we aim to keep keep.md available and reliable, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

paid plans

paid plans are billed monthly through stripe. you can cancel at any time from the dashboard. refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

termination

you can delete your account at any time. we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. on termination, your saved content will be deleted.

changes

we may update these terms from time to time. continued use of keep.md after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
